        Hi fellow redditors,

Please forgive and if possible please without any judgement/ biases, can you guys please answer as to what is the threshold amount beyond which banks, NBFCs and credit cards go the legal route to collect their due amount (filing a case through section 25, arbitration, money suit, etc) ?

It is implied here is that the borrower has already been declared NPA (three EMIs not paid) and the usual cold calling/collection visits are not working.

Also, it would be really nice if you can include any agressive NBFC or bank which doesn’t follow the norm and goes to court quickly even for a small amount.

        Many thanks in advance.
