UIts started in 2017. My dad’s elder brother son. He married to Someone from my village. Since then she has been using vulgar words Towards my mom mostly.
Small intro about my family. me 25m working in trivandrum, My mom working in ICDS as an superviser in Thiruvallur, Tamilnadu. My dad doing business. We dont bother Anyone nor Even create any problem to others.my father registered our house in his name.
In 2017 she used a lots of curse words Towards my mom. I spoke for my mom she used words Towards me. The same thing going for morethan 8 years.
This created anger issue within me. me build our home in our place nor Even completed it.Since then she started saying bad words and her mother in law. My cousin i dont want to refer him as my cousin.
This time he (my cousin ) he was doing the ceremony before we do foundation of building home.I dont exactly dont Know what to say it but like meter or inch dont know. He plans to take 27 for him and 24 for us. When my mom asked about it my cousin wife started speaking vulgar words. And this time it went to the extend that one of her relative went to beat my dad.
Guys it created anger issue in me. My mom got a good position in my entire village. we do nothing to Everyone. My father former président of the village. Everyday my father goes outside they’re started using bad words.
I want to take légal actions regarding her behaviour. what I have to do now. I cannot take this further. I have to Give her a good lesson that she shouldnt say anything Towards my mom or my dad.
When my uncle ( my moms younger brother spoke for my mom) sur started using bad words Towards my sister (married to my uncle )
In my family no one use bad words. We are not used to it. We have our own issue to Carry on. I cannot take this. I have been dealing with it for a while.
My cousin and his wife Even said that they will build house bigger than mine and if not he will stand naked infront of Everyone.
My grandmother former government employée. She is the reason Everyone got land to build house. She passed away last january 2026 21. I did my best to save her but I would’nt able to. when she passed away my cousin family nor Even looked at my grandmother face.
Now he ans his wife( also telling that she will file a case against us)is behaving like they’re the head of the village. They have money i dont care about it but it doesnt mean his wife and mom can disrespect Everyone in my family.
Also any problem comes they will only start using vulgar words and racing their voice Towards my parents .He is 36, she 28
My Mom is 50 and my dad is 55
If any neighour comes to speak for us she also use bad words regarding us.
Let me Know what I can do legally to shut her mouth.
