Hey I was seeking admission under the cw dependent of ex-servicemen quota using the dependency certificate and ecc certificate issued by the zila sainik board as iam the son of an ex-servicemen,

I had completed my bachelor’s in 6th may and am awaiting my degree certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam

The zila sainik board denied my request for 2 documents stating that they could only provide me with one certificate

and they need my degree certificate for that.

The problem is my degree certificate will take mid June to arrive and all the central university portals will be closed by then

All I have is a tc certificate and attested copies of my sem 1-5 mark lists, and father’s ex-servicemen docs

What should I do
