Looking for a genuine, reasonably-priced RERA lawyer in Chandigarh/Mohali — recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a good RERA lawyer based in Chandigarh or Mohali to help me with a property-related matter. I’ve been hearing mixed things about lawyers in this space — some charge hefty fees upfront and then drag the case for years, others don’t really specialize in RERA and just take it on as side work.

What I’m specifically looking for:

-Genuine and honest — someone who’ll give me a straight assessment of my case instead of overselling outcomes.

-Reasonable fee structure — not looking for the cheapest option, but also not someone who quotes lakhs without justification.

-Actually experienced with RERA (Punjab RERA / Chandigarh) — not just a general civil/property lawyer dabbling in it

-Loyal to the client — won’t switch sides or settle behind your back

If anyone here has personally dealt with a RERA matter (builder delays, possession issues, refund claims, etc.) and had a positive experience with a lawyer in the tricity area, I’d really appreciate a recommendation. DMs welcome if you’d rather not post names publicly.

Also open to hearing about lawyers to avoid — saves a lot of trouble.
