Zpay scammed me and banned me from their app

So i purchased a 250 rs JioMart gift card from Zpay previously known as ZyroPay and the gift card is not valid. I’ve tried entering older codes and it clearly shows says when it’s been used or if it is invalid.

I’ve contacted their customer support via whatsapp but they’ve asked me to wait till monday after i was told they are still working on it and the issue has been raised to the concerned team. My other problem is now I’ve been completely barred from their app and I can’t login anymore and after looking through their reviews it seems they’ve been doing this alot more often than expected. People pay and the gift card is either invalid or doesn’t get generated.

I want to go through the consumer court process but I’m new to it. Can anyone let me know if this can be resolved and if I’ll get my money back?
