Hi!
Last year, I started an initiative to help rein in petty corruption in the country. We’re now past the “proof of concept” stage, and I’m preparing to formally register the initiative as a trust.
Before reaching out to potential fellow trustees, I’m looking to gather some lessons/reflections from people who’ve been down this road of forming a trust/selecting trustees/or setting up governance structures.
I’ve read quite a bit online, but I’m looking for some real-world, on-the-ground perspectives.
Thanks in advance!
