As i said in the title, and about the policy “electronic product are not replaceable”. but what if i order an electronic product and I don’t like it like an earphone, I ordered an earphone but the sound quality is poor, i don’t like it but now I can’t return the product, i guess only replacement option is available now. So what can I do in this situation if I want to return the product and get a refund so I can buy from another company?
