NSo here is the context this time I am writing in details of the brief events.
I was already drunk before going to light a cigarette at approx 1 am in complex garden. There was my friend was drinking so I joined him and smoked a cigratte till my zomato order was arriving. Once he had complete his drink we were smoking ciragatee we were moving back to our houses. Then suddenly two police man arrives stopped us and told to come with them. We asked why he said someone made a call on 112 therefore they arrived and showed me as well. Now we told the police obviously we won’t say yes we were drinking there. When they caught us we are neither drinking nor smoking just going back walking with our orders. They didn’t listened and took us to the police station there the main inpector we told them we were already drunk at home. I was not me friend. Again we wont say yes we were drinking at 2am. He asked then what you guys were doing we said we were there to smoke a cigratte thats it. He said we will check by blood test. I said but how will you know if we were drinking during that that and not at home?. He said you cant leave your house after drinking even to smoke a cigratte its a law. That means you just cant go down especially at 2am at night. Then later 3am they took us for blood report to a govermnent hospital where the doctor just told us to show hand stability and walk from here to there. And we kept asking are you going to do blood check trice she said they will and made the report without checking blood. Thats totally wrong right. Can I sue the police staion and doctor for this. The police men were kept stopping at every anda shop and looting the poor guy by taking daily hafta and 5 6 boiled eggs water on the way. Then we return back at the staion and the main one wrote an fir against us with this fake report and without even seeing us smoking or drinking. The letter was written in mararhi they took our sign from it. If anyone wants to see please drop us a message I will share the letter or fir. I can see there 2 laws or I dont what to say for it. It is 2023 356 and 1989 85. Written. And one more question what are the chances for my visa getting rejected for higher studies with this fir case.
