23M need some serious advice

So I had already been drinking at home around 11 12. me and my friend came out to smoke a cigratte at 1am. Just as we finished smoking and going our homes 2 police came and took us to police station showing us complaint. Some one was drinking in complex garden i was already drunk before hand my friend was drinking. Then at station they took us for blood report and the doctor wrote fake report they didn’t even check blood just wrote random number on that basis they registered an fir against me and friend and told us to come bck tomorrow and made us sign against paper. I cannot upload the pic of letter here. I have another question will this effect my visa for higher studies in foregin countries?…
