May 7, 2025 at 12:04 pmHey everyone,
I’m posting here to understand what legal options I have to file a complaint against Myntra. In the past month, I’ve had two experiences that feel like straight-up scams.Issue 1: They sent me the wrong product—completely different from what I ordered—and it was worth half the price I paid. When I raised a return request, they flat-out refused to take it back. I asked for the packaging footage to prove what was sent, and they refused to share that too.
Issue 2: This one happened today. I raised a return request again (different order), and the delivery guy didn’t even look at the product. He just came to my door, marked it as “quality check failed,” and left. Myntra then cancelled the return saying it didn’t pass the quality check. I have CCTV footage of the delivery agent not checking the item and just walking away. I’ve also explained everything in writing to Myntra, but they still won’t help.
At this point, it’s not just about the money—it’s about the principle. They’re not giving proper reasons for rejecting my returns, and they’re dodging accountability.
So I’m wondering: should I file a complaint in consumer court, or does this count as fraud and justify filing an FIR? Would love some advice on how to proceed.

Send a legal notice and ask for your money along with compensation for mental harassment.
If they won’t respond, file a consumer.
