April 22, 2025 at 12:22 pmI recently got my Learner’s License and was driving with my younger brother who didn’t wear seatbelt at the moment when police asked us to stop. Thankfully i had my learner license and was wearing seatbelt too.he clicked our car’s photo with my brother without seatbelt, then came to me and asked for DL, i gave him printout of my learner license and he asked us to move the car to the side.
My brother reminded me we didn’t had the RC, PUC etc with us at the moment so i decided to drive away, leaving the my learner license printout with police.
what will happen now, ANYONE WITH REAL KNOWLEDGE ONLY PLZ TELL, dont sugarcoat.
**1) how much of challan we have to pay**
**2) will I get any FIR for running away**
**3) what can he do with my Learner License with him**

April 22, 2025 at 12:51 pmYou need wait and watch situation it all depends on the police mood if they going to file challan or not. You can track the pending challans on your state traffic police website
