1993 Residence Proof Delhi for the OBC NCL

Hi

How can I get the proof of residence?
I do not have the telephone bill or electricity bill, also the ration cards were renewed every 5 years at that time so the oldest I have is from 2005 from my grandmother.
How can I prove that my family has resided in Delhi for the last 35 years?

Do you have a voter card? During my passport verification police guy told me that they can pull electoral roll and find if we were present at the said place back then. Ask around if they can do the same in your place too

yes, my grandfather has also voted in delhi in 1993, but i am not very sure whom to ask for the electoral roll.

i checked the CEO website [https://www.ceodelhi.gov.in/](https://www.ceodelhi.gov.in/) and found the latest electoral rolls.
but dont know where to find the old electoral rolls

It’s the job of the police to get those rolls from the EC and verify.
