UWhat shall I reply to the mail?
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to the arbitration case number IIFL-VK-DRCM-Jxxxxxx initiated by the claimant IIFL Finance Limited against the respondent namely;
Name and address
in respect of loan agreement number SL27xxxx
Vide the notice dated 25.02.2025, the date for the first hearing is fixed on 15.03.2025 in between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. The parties are directed to appear physically before the arbitrator undersigned at the address provided in the aforesaid notice. In addition, the parties are also given the opportunity to appear virtually through video conference mode.
In furtherance to the same, please note the Google Meet video conferencing link given below for marking appearance on the date of hearing. While joining the video conferencing, the counsel / parties must mention the Arbitration Case Number in which they are appearing for positive identification and admittance into the proceedings. It is also required that the counsel appearing on behalf of the claimant / respondent submits a soft copy of valid Vakalatnama duly signed by the party they are representing. In case a party is appearing in person, it is required that the party submits a soft copy of self- attested copy of the Aadhaar Card along with a copy authorisation letter provided by the company/ firm.
Prior to admission to the hearing, you are requested to wait in the lobby to be admitted in case there if a delay due to some other on-going proceedings. The video conferencing link would be open from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM on the aforesaid date.
Please note that the parties are to reply or respond only on this email, and not by separate or individual emails. The tribunal would take up all correspondences or submissions only on the hearing date and not on other dates.

CIt is a notice you should (ideally) not ignore.
A lot of things going on, but you should contest the Arbitration – Get a lawyer if you can afford one and settle in, it may be a long haul. -
