20M without voter card, how can I get voter card.

  I’m a 20M from Haryana, in last assembly election when I have chance to get voter card. I wouldn’t apply for voter card due to shortage of time. I was busy at that time and some authorities comes to our college for making voter card but they can’t make my voter card due to technical reasons
  
  What can I do now?
  Can I apply now? And How?
  Or I have to wait till next assembly elections.

  You can wait till next assembly elections or central government elections. During that time people will visit you again. If you are not in college, then there would be an announcement in the paper or in other news channels that electoral rolls are being updated and you can visit the near voting booth and get election card.
  
  It is really good to get a voter card and actually vote. It is the only way those politicians would listen and our weapon to intimidate them.

  I got it done online and that also many years ago. Go to ECI website. AFAIK you will need your parents voter id details, not sure though.
