UWe had a love marriage in 2018 but we don’t have a happy married life. We moved to delhi 2 years ago and from then we are staying like flat mates in separate bed rooms. She chats with other people (i don’t have proofs, but I saw the chats in her phone) from bumble and other old friends. Even I want to get done with this marriage, as I read online that wife having affairs could lead to serious issues for husband. I think she will agree for a mutual divorce, but I want to be ready in case she isn’t. We have an apartment and a house loan in both of our names.
Looking for advice on how to broach the topic with her, how to start the proceedings and how to stay till divorce is finalized
