May 1, 2025 at 3:09 pmI worked at a small BPO (UK process) and resigned after a month. HR said I’d get my salary after 45 days. I requested early release since I didn’t serve a notice period — she ignored me and repeated the 45-day rule, so I waited patiently. Before 45 days, I politely asked about the date — she said I’d get it by end of next week. On the 45th day (April 24), she said she was on leave and promised payment by week’s end. On Sunday, she pushed it to “next week” again. When I reminded her of her own words, she apologized and said she’d send the FNF letter that day — she didn’t.
After a follow-up at 7 PM, she finally sent it Monday morning (April 28). I signed and returned it within an hour.
Today is May 1 — the 52nd day. No salary. No update. I’ve messaged, and even explained I urgently need the money, but I’m still being ignored.
I’m mentally exhausted.
I don’t want to get stuck in legal complaints or court matters, but this is testing my limits. What should I do now? Labour complaint? Legal escalation?
Would really appreciate any advice. -

May 1, 2025 at 3:14 pmGo to the office directly and talk to them. If you don’t want to get into legal proceedings then I think this is the only way-
