BHey guys this is a very difficult to type but I’m actually quite clueless as to what I should do. The events that happened on Friday are explained ahead. Me, my wife and a few friends had to gone to a new club that opened in mumbai recently. It was a super high end crowd and a little later in the night at 2 am my wife and 2 of my friends went to the bathroom. There was a long 15 minute line and a random girl just cut in and waited right outside the bathroom door. So my wife asked her why did she cut the line. The lady just ignored my wife and went in. So right before she went in my wife asked her calmly you’re not doing the right thing. We have been waiting since 15 minutes. As soon as she heard she choked my wife from the bathroom door and pushed her out.
My wife ignored it and waited for her to get out. Once the lady got out she slapped my wife again and told her she will kill her. My wife said it’s not worth it. I was just trying explain calmly we don’t need to escalate and then she went in to pee. The lady broke the bathroom door and recorded my wife while she was peeing. And then dragged her out and punched her on her chest. My two friends tried to stop her and request her but she hit them too. When my wife was on the floor crying she took another video of her crying and started fat shaming her.
After this I was waiting outside the women’s bathroom and when my wife came out she was so traumatised she just told me she wants to go home. My friends were there and argued and fought verbally and got her chucked out but I definitely want to take more action. Can someone help. I don’t want to name her and call her out but I really want to. She’s the daughter of a singer who isn’t that famous now but let’s just say he’s not lucky to have a daughter like him -

EThis is exact problem I ask people. Living in India is not freedom we are still slave.
In India if a Rich Person harasses you like this case what are your options.
The answer
1. Post on Reddit and ask people advice – We all are frustrated and instead going to police as we know they are already sold out
2. Stay quiet and move on
Guys these things doesn’t happen in West, it doesn’t matter even if it’s a biggest politician if he is found harassing a common person, period he will have legal actions. Why – West is less corrupt, Rarely any cop is bribed, for the people
People have to realize in India that we are slave. If you can be harassed by a rich and have to swallow it do you think you are free ?

P3 women and could not hit back one single woman. This is as disappointing as it gets. You should have immediately contacted club manager and filed complaint there against her. Since it happened in club. They are liable too. Contact them. File the complaint with them. Demand permanent ban and compensation for trauma. Get good well connected lawyer and go file police complaint for assault and illegal intimate recording too.

FYea I don’t get how she keeps beating everyone up and none of them retaliate? She’s breaking bathroom door, slapping, punching, making a video while she’s peeing, imagine a guy does that.
After all this she goes scott free? None of them do anything in fact they apologize, hadd hai

EI had a feeling it would be her . I used to hang out with that bitch . I’m not from India , I moved to Mumbai for 2 short years (until 2021) and during that period , a mutual introduced me to inara. We are not friends anymore , there’s a reason why I cut her off . Terrible person , terrible human being . Please go and file a case or do whatever needed to get justice

DFile a civil suit for defamation and criminal suits for hurt, criminal intimidation, wrongful restraint and under section 504.
If thr police doesn’t cooperate, you can write a letter to the SP. If that doesn’t work, file a complaint with the magistrate under Section 156(3) Crpc (check the latest section in BNSS). -

DMy condolences to you and your wife.
Now make up your mind and think logically what do you want to do ? Do you want a sorry ? Do you want compensation? Do you want her to be in jail ?
In reality shit happens. It’s not right what happened but sometimes just let it go. Move on with live. Enjoy your married life. Nothing is going to really happen, no one is going to go to jail. It’s also a Baliable offence. Every night shit like goes down in all around the world. Drunk people at a club act stupid hit shout. I am sure things like this happen all the time.
Buying peace and moving on is what I suggest.
But if you want to go down the legal route, then stop posting in Reddit find a swanky ass lawyer pay up and go all out. Don’t be in two minds. Either let it go, or lawyer up go to every social media handle and post. Take 100 people outside her house and protest.
Contact local political parties and ask for support. It’s all time taking and money infusing stuff.
My last advice is just go with your wife to Maldives, enjoy live make a baby and stop going clubbing too 😂.

EAbsolutely right, your wife is doing great, but why are you afraid to mention their names? If you really want revenge, you should take action. First, file an FIR, then send them a legal notice. If they don’t apologize publicly, go to court and fight for your wife. It might be tough for you, but you will set a good example so that she cannot do the same thing to another husband and wife in the future.
