Okay so ik im gonna get a ton of hate after this post but still having hope of some intellectuals who have freedom of religion in there mind so there is a gir who openly accpeted islam after her family found out they locked her up and some community workrs tried to talk to her and after they finally got to talk she told them hoe there forcing her back to hinduism and wants to chnage it in her documents basically leaving her no choice or will get her married to hindu boy we have call recoring of her saying this. Secondly again shes missing there was court hearing yesterday and she was supposed to presented but ofc they dijt present her. And was told that he is in salman khans house she lives in shrukh khans house which is 1300 km away alright and salman khans house is a cult to bring back hindus from islam specifically women who reverted now there is next hearing and police and everyone is being on side of family and here we are not able to contact her all her friends are really tennsed we all all statements from her stating that it was her choice yet the system.. and prohindu moves are seriously worst

Weve see a lawyer and filled this but the police is not bringing her in yet rather last hearing the police official said that they talked to her over vedio call but this was cosidered as a statement but no proofs were provided of her talking on vedio call with him and they dint brong her to court even if they were obilagted to it

Well weve filed 2 habias corpus and this is there respose and 3rd case which is more than habeas corpus is also filled idk the name but here our are 3 main issues rn

what should one do if police is not putting effort and is biased

and what should we do to know if the sister is at least fine in the institute?

what should we do if we fear they might manipulate her in these 20 days or flee the country with her?

Are you sure you have approached the High Court for writ of habeas corpus? If nothing this happening in high court then approach the Supreme Court under Article 32 for habeas corpus. That’s the only remedy.
