I am married and met someone on tinder citing they are married too.

We have a great chat and things turned we took it to a hotel and met.

Now this lady is demanding 70k
Citing she will reach out to my wife and all the possible things that she didn’t took the pill.

I know where she work and what she does and few colleagues too
I know all the wrongs I have done and not want to stretch further.

Now I know that this is gonna continue and she will keep on asking money from me.

How do I end this. What are my options.

Or talk to some lawyer and see what kind of cases you can file against her. And them tell her about this talk with your lawyer. That should scare her away.

what proofs does she have?

If she doesnt have anything, frame a false story to your wife of you helping her and now her blackmailing you. Then file a FIR against her for extortion and blackmailing

If she has something, then Then file a FIR against her for extortion and blackmailing while risking your marriage.
