A media person has built boundary wall over our land

A person who works for small news agency has built boundary over our share of land. Since then my father has been going Revenue Inspector, Patwari, lawyer and whatnot. All this has been going on for years.

What will happen if we just demolish it, if he wants to take it to the court, he’ll have to prove it is his land and that’s when he’ll fail?

If they’ve built a boundary on a dispute that has been going on since years then clearly they are pressing their claim.

If your father is already consulting a lawyer who knows all relevant facts and has seen the land documents it would be most prudent to follow their advice on whether or not demolishing the said boundary would improve things for you or just put you in more trouble in case the other party files a FIR.

get it demolished in a way you say I didn’t do it but well now since it’s done. I’ll not let it hijacked another time.
