EAre you blind with your left or right eye? He had a spat with wife, slapped the lady in the police station and she has put posco on him. It was not that he used to beat her everyday. He found out she was cheating and they had altercation. He should not have slapped her. Adultery is not an offence but hitting someone is. So yes he is behind bars now

Your comment is not holding the woman accountable for her actions. She was actively sleeping with married men. She actively made that choice. She isn’t a kid or teenager who was fooled into having an affair. She’s not a great person either. As much as I am happy that this guy’s behind the bars, we all know laws shouldn’t be misused as at the end it affects the actual victims and makes them not come forward as people might call their story fake too.

GIf this story is true then there is nothing to say. He already gave proof in front of police. A lawyer can help him decrease his punishment and nothing else. But sounds like a made up story . Because in India police hardly take responsibility by taking someone in custody for more than 3 days. The police you’re referring to in your story must be new in their profession or very hardworking lol
