My father’s sister (bua) issued notice on my father’s name…but we returned postman and we didn’t accepted notice…but we want to know what is written in it…is it possible?

How will you know if you returned it? And if the postman opens it, it’s on him. Unless ofcourse they serve you through email/whatsapp as well.

Nothing official. Also, if it’s a legal notice, then there is no court involved in it. It’s merely on an Advocate’s letterhead.

You might get served on email. However, if a case is filed, and the service is effected, it will be soon after the first hearing and not at the time of trial.

U should always accept the notice and send an official notice reply from ur lawyer if u want to defend anything. Because what’s said in the notices are not always true. Get a good lawyer! After u take it notice from ur locality post office within 5 days of when u received the post

“Non accepted” notices are presumed to be served…
It is always advisable to accept the notice and then act judicially

Get it back from the local post office within 5 days or it will leave and it’ll be big issue for u
