Accident happened at Jaquar Bangalore

While visiting Jaquar sanitry store in Bangalore, i faced an accident where a huge piece of glass fell on my phone. The corner of the phone is broken in half and its not in repairable state. This happened yesterday and i am not able to attach the videos here. Pls message me if you are able to assist with how i can proceed.
How can i raise a complaint as i have lost around 80k just for visiting the store and now they are not responding.

This falls under liability policy if the store owner has taken. Kindly send a legal notice for third party liability damage to the store owner.

Kindly reach out to a lawyer handling liability insurance claims. Locally where the store is.

Lawyer here. Do you have a video capturing the incident ? You would be able to claim the damages and quite substantial if you can prove everything in the right way. Get a smart lawyer and start by sending a legal notice to the store and company as well.
