My father has self acquired property. He later did gift deed to my mother. My mother is second wife. I am the sole child to my mother and i have one step sibling from my father. Now my mom passed 3 months before my dad. Will step sibling get a share?

If you’re the only legal child of the mother, the other child will not. It will be different if your mother has adopted the other child.

Sorry my mistake. It’s half sibling. Not step. No she didn’t adopt them.
