April 25, 2025 at 5:04 pmFlew from Mumbai to Bangkok (layover) to Taipei. Flight from Mumbai was delayed for 3 hours and they let my Bangkok flight fly without me, without any notice. They didn’t give enough compensation just booked the flight for the next day (they were racist and super unprofessional). When I finally landed in Taipei they misplaced my baggage and I got it back only after 2+ days. This happened in Feb-end. They haven’t bothered to support even with the policies and legal compensation I am entitled to! I am planning to write a final email that says please do the needful or I’ll go to court in a week.
Idk which court etc. Can someone guide me? I’m in Mumbai rn and this is an international airline that messed up.

April 25, 2025 at 5:15 pmHi. Lawyer here. Worst form of torture this is. Send them a legal notice but they won’t budge. NCH also won’t help as airlines will offer peanuts. Eventually, if you’re okay with spending money, file a complaint before the District Commission in your jurisdiction, depending on where you reside.-

Noting on the District Commission. Is there anything else that could be of help? Idk what kind of lawyers help with this unfortunately. I’m in Mumbai if it helps?-

April 25, 2025 at 5:22 pmHonestly, as a lawyer, that’s the only remedy I’ve seen working in so far as getting a fair compensation is concerned. Reading some judgments online will give you a fair idea. But you can address your grievance before NCH, incase you get lucky. About lawyers, there are many who appear regularly before consumer courts. I know 1-2 of them in Bombay and can help with that. Which airline though?

April 25, 2025 at 5:19 pmNALInternational flights follows something called Montreal Convention. Do look into that.
You can file a complaint on airsewa.gov.in (that’s DGCA’s portal), or, go to https://e-jagriti.gov.in to file a consumer case online.
Btw which airline is this?
