March 3, 2025 at 3:12 amFlipkart cancelled 4 of my orders citing seller cancelled it because of price mismatch (discount was around 60-70%). But when they cancelled, the mail read “as per your request”. My question is can I file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this? Will it help? The refund has already been processed and they have added 50rs as compensation to my account. -

March 3, 2025 at 4:40 amI didn’t ask for any compensation from them. And the total order worth was around 3-4k, for which their compensation was 50rs, that too after I asked them why they cancelled and gave a wrong reason.-

March 3, 2025 at 3:44 amYou go ahead and file it. Write and email saying you have credited fifty rupees extra which you donβt accept. File a consumer complaint thereafter. -
