Advice needed 498A case

We were married in the USA and later filed for divorce, which has since been finalized. However, last year, my ex-wife filed false criminal cases against me in India, including a 498A case while divorce proceedings in usa.

As part of our divorce settlement, she agreed to withdraw all cases filed in India within a month, failing which it would amount to contempt of court.

Despite waiting several months and attending a few hearings, she did not comply, so we filed a contempt petition. In court, she admitted she would face jail time if she failed to withdraw the cases.

Now, she has moved to India and is absconding. She is demanding a large sum of money to close the case.

Can we use the divorce agreement and the contempt proceedings from the USA to file for quashing the criminal case in India? Or what options i have?
