January 21, 2025 at 9:50 amYou can only send a legal notice to him with a time limit, but he can ignore it as your transaction was not legally binding. His father or friend will side with him resulting in no witnesses.-

January 21, 2025 at 9:56 amLegal notice is just a letter having the stamp and sign of the lawyer and yourself and including all the details of transaction. It doesn’t require any other particular document, atleast not in your case.-

January 21, 2025 at 10:04 amWelcome, but I should also tell you there is a high possibility of your friend backing out to pay the amount after you sent him legal notice. -

January 21, 2025 at 10:07 amThere isn’t any solution for this, you should try for one more time and try to threaten him about the notice, and see his reaction. If u see that he is complying with your demand then only send him the notice. -

January 21, 2025 at 10:11 amTry what I have said, and see his reaction first. You’ll know his true intention to pay or not, then send him the notice by post. -

January 21, 2025 at 10:17 amMake an installment arrangement and mention it in notice also. If he fails to comply with the notice you can approach the Fastrack court and they will direct the police. But in that case your whole transaction would be in question. That’s the only problem otherwise within 15 days you could have had your money. -

January 21, 2025 at 9:50 amThat’s the advice. accept the fact that it’s not coming back. write it on a paper that I’m letting this money go in the name of god and I’m not expecting it to return nor I will make an effort to take it back and put the paper on fire…. swaha.Henceforth never lend money.
Saying YES: losing money + losing friend, relative, whatever + peace of mind
Saying NO: losing a bad person from lifeMove on in life taking this as lesson learned hard way, that’s the advice.
other ways could be you getting in acts that will backfire without guarantee of money coming back.
