February 21, 2025 at 6:04 pmNeed contact for a friend who is currently in trial for a cyber case- Ipc 500, Section 66C. Last year he applied for a german dependent visa (his wife works in Germany) and he lived their for 1 year and faced no issues. As his passport was about to expire, he came back to india, got a court order to renew his passport with a clause that he should take permission from court before he travels clause. He got the passport without much issue but the court where he was supposed to get permission to travel took his application and didnt give a reply yet. What should he do? Wait back till he gets permission or travel because there is no look out circular issues agaisnt him. -

OP
February 22, 2025 at 4:39 amHe has submitted an application on the 11th of Feb, court received the application but has not passed any order. The legal system in this country doesnβt operate on urgency so he is scared if something might happen at immigration. He has received a 1 year passport validity and hence is worried at immigration they might ask him for a court order approving his travel request. Any idea what comes up during the immigration? Heβs sure there is no look out notice against him but during his passport renewal he submitted a court order (with a condition that he must take permission before travelling). Will that order come up in any way?-
