Iโ€™m being accused of integrity violation. I filed for an appeal and the school is ignoring my appeal request. Keeping me from graduating. Can I go to a court and file an injunction relief?

You can file in the circuit court. Usually school/universities matters are not interfered with, but to answer whether you can file or not: yes you can.

Private and public are also treated a little differently.

Itโ€™s a private university and they are denying me due process. I canโ€™t afford an attorney.

If due process is denied then you can file to federal court. You can file *pro se* (by self) or ask for legal aid. The state of Chicago provides it for free (how good it turns out to be is questionable)

If you are able to prove being denied due process, chances of injunction are really strong.

One more question. People who file pro-se what are the likelihood of judge granting it and winning?

Cant put a number on it but itโ€™ll definitely need to be good. Better even. Seek help for drafting. Prepare to argue. Youโ€™ll need it.
