Advocate demanding additional money despite taking full payment

I had hired an advocate for my case in RERA and paid the full amount of Rs 75000 upfront. The drafting of the complaint was pathetic so I did that myself. For filing rejoinder he is demanding additional Rs 10000 so again I did it myself. Now he is again demanding money for physical appearance Rs 5000 per hearing and refusing to appear if not paid. Will Bar Council take disciplinary action against them if I file a complaint? Can I get partial refund?

Yeah bar council will ask him to refund if you can prove your allegations. Also he might lose his license for few months.

Did a schedule of fee not get drawn up, agreed upon, and signed?

There was no agreement. He just told me that the total amount for representing the case will be that much. Now after 2 years when the hearing is scheduled he started demanding more money for filing rejoinder and appearance.
