USo , I was scrolling reels on my free time then a certain reel I came through was about gender equality and women should work too like their husband. A female advocate has commented ” Men wanting their woman working should get uterus implant”. I was disgusted by that comment so I asked her ” will you get pen!$ implant if you want to work after marriage”.
She then replied that she has reported me to cyber crime for harrasment, should I be concerned and in case police case what should I do? -

UShe deleted her comment after that and so my reply will be too, but she also followed my I’d for sometime and then unfollowed.

So a person who has an outstanding FIR, filed a FIR against someone else for battery and other sexual offences.

SLol what? The word penis isn’t an expletive. It’s a medical term used to define a male reproductive organ just like uterus, ovary or vagina would be used to define female reproductive organs. The penis (along with testicles) are the only male reproductive organs. How and why usage of one reproductive organ in a remark “sexual harassment” and the other not? He wrote the exact same comment she did just with the gender reversed. Yet you have no issues with her comments which as already explained is not just an insult targeted at men but also a misogynist remark against women as well.

PIn principle, the charges will be bogus. In practice, she can ruin your life by just making you go through the legal process.
Let this be a lesson to you. When speaking with unknown women or women known to have a bad temper or personality, always be super formal. Speak only as much as strictly necessary and excuse yourself as quickly as possible. The less you interact with such women, the better. If you’re speaking your mind with a woman, make sure it’s either your mother or sister or very close trusted friend (not wife or girlfriend).

MA rule for social media – dont post anything – which you dont want people to say to you. Post only if it makes a positive contribution.
A simple test for a post- suppose you posted on the PM’s handle – would the ED be sent to get you after your post. If it may trigger the ED – then dont bother to post.
Otherwise – best not to post whatever the temptation or provocation.

UThe case will not fly. If what you said , was true, then her claim is bogus.
Having said that, it is dignified not to respond cuss with another cuss, and that too, in a cross gender context. Somebody has raised those alright who can appreciate this gender sensitivity.
