March 8, 2025 at 6:05 pmHad a horrifying experience with Akasa Air at Delhi Terminal 2 .I reached the check-in counter before 54 minutes of departure time. (Flight flew at 20 minutes later after i checked in) well within time, but were denied boarding for no clear reason. What followed was pure humiliation. The staff forced me to write an apology on a photocopy of my PAN card and even made me fold my hands in public before allowing us to board. Meanwhile, an army personnel and a student—who were also initially denied—were let through after my apology.
The justification? I had simply said “Aise thodi hota hai”, which was labeled as “unruly behavior.” To make things worse, they forced us to delete a video of the incident. I’m currently trying to recover it, but CCTV footage would confirm everything.
This feels like an abuse of power, not policy enforcement. What steps can I take to escalate this? Has anyone else faced similar treatment?

March 8, 2025 at 7:01 pmThis is not legal by any means. Get the video recovered somehow and post it all over social media tagging the airline. This is just them taking advantage of your situation and trying to make themselves feel bigger.-
