Can the husband save tax in this situation ?

April 1, 2025 at 2:40 pmNo. You will be taxed on your income. Individual taxpayers cannot deduct personal expenditures, including alimony payments, when calculating their tax liability. Therefore, paying alimony does not reduce your taxable income.-
