Amazon refunds issue

So I had ordered a G-Shock watch from Amazon, but I received a fake/first copy watch. I contacted customer care, and they told me I must wait for 4 days for an investigation (I saw many posts claiming the Amazon investigation team does nothing; they just delay the process), but as the product has a 10-day return policy, I did not wait for 4 days and returned it immediately. It got picked up today and refund will be credited once it reaches the warehouse and pass quality check. My question is, what action can I take against Amazon India if they don’t refund my money?

The rejection would have happened at the time of pick up. Since it is picked up, it will be refunded
