March 6, 2025 at 12:35 pmAmazon sent me used shoes from a different brand with no tags, and I returned them. Now, they have denied the refund, stating that the product doesn’t match.I tried calling Amazon support and spoke with their supervisor and escalation team. They mentioned that the inquiry is closed and nothing can be done now.
The amount in question is around 3000 INR.
I also sent an email to grievance-officer@amazon.in, but there has been no acknowledgment.
I’m not sure what options are left now. The seller’s rating is 1.8, and I missed checking it earlier.

March 6, 2025 at 6:21 pmHii ask them to escalate the issue and call customer service and ask them to connect you to their advisor and don’t talk to the first person who received a call. If this doesn’t help then file a complaint with NCH and send a screenshot of complaint filed to amazon via mail at their ofm email id and tell that you are unsatisfied hence filling a complaint. This may issue you a refund.Do give updates here ๐-

March 10, 2025 at 6:52 pmI emailed grievance-officer@amazon.in and included my account details for credibility, as my account has been active for 10 years with hundreds of orders on Amazon.The seller’s rating in my case was 1.8, which I believe helped strengthen my case.
I received a refund within 2 days.

March 6, 2025 at 10:39 pmWhat option did you choose when returning it? There is an option for wrong items. And these issues are sent to the account specialist, where you ptovide them photos etc and then they starts the return process.If you just returned with other option. I don’t think there is anyone you can do now.
But you can try emailing ecr@amazon.in and if they don’t help then compalin on NCH.

March 8, 2025 at 5:52 pmAmazon is worst place to shop now, nothing like before, in your case, file a a to z claim with reason as different item recived and send them the photos of item recieved, if you have a history of returning items without any reason, they won’t refund u in that case and claim would be closed directly
