An advocate’s family is being harassed

A guy(Himanshu) and his father(Sanjay) is harassing an advocate family everyday, giving them threats of death.

The dispute is regarding a property, which was gifted to the advocate through registered deed but the aggressors have disrupted construction.

And even physically assaulted the advocates. An FIR has been filed for against the agressors.

Sanjay has filed a counter malicious FIR and also a partition suit of the property to halt construction. They want it for themselves.

Both of these along with others are everyday harassing the family.
Even though Himanshu is a student of a reputed college BHU IMS still he is doing such things.
And sanjay is a land broker.

In such a situation what may be done?

sometimes even if you are an advocate, you become a victim of the judicial system. It is weaponized to steal land and harass others. I am sure he would understand what is the best thing to do in the situation

Write a letter to the state bar council for help.

Write a letter to the President of the Local District Courts Bar Association.

File writ petition for protection in the High Court.
