Annulment without registration

We have been married for 20 days and the registration and consummation of marriage has not been done yet.

Pls tell me how to proceed with annulment or what steps to do that.

no registration doesn’t imply no marriage. if it was a marriage with pandit ji and marriage invitation letter and photos, it’s a marriage. one option is if both the parties mutually separate and do not cause issues in future then it’s done but it’s a gamble. Best would be to approach the local lawyer and get it official through local courts.

Annulment is possible only on certain cases. You need a strong reason for this.

He has shared private things about me to his friends which is not supposed to go out and is very immature to be even in marriage

I don’t think annulment would be granted in this case. You should speak with him first and plan later.

7 phere lena is marriage according to Hindu marriage act, nothing to do with registration.
