February 18, 2025 at 5:25 amSo my brother have a flight from Delhi to Dubai at 15:25 hrs today. And he booked a train to delhi from kanpur which is delayed by 5 hr 31 min.
The train is RAJDHANI 12301.The actual reaching time of the train was 10:05 am but after the delay it has been increased a lot and keep increasing. So is it possible to get a compensation for flight as well? -

February 19, 2025 at 1:37 amNAL. Your reason for loss has nothing to do with compensation of delay anywhere in the world.Indian railways is running at a loss, they charge the basic minimum for travel, there is no guarantee of no delay provided by them. You get what you pay for. In this case there was lot other option, but that doesnβt change the fact that train travel is cheap in India
