Now the biggest mistake I have made is that I have given 3 signed blank checks.

It’s been 20 days sinced I joined I tried to talk to them but they said “doesn’t matter if you have been here for one day, we have incurred the cost of recruitment of you, so you’ll have to pay the full bond amount if you want to leave”

        Bond amount is 1.2L

Now there are other details are there but anyone is Willing to help me I’ll disclose in dm.

Now I just want to know that can I leave without paying full amount?

NAL: These bonds don’t generally stand in the court of law. You can amicably go as early as possible.

Worst will be, you might get Black listed in the same company and / or get experience letter.

The longer you take to decide, company will have an alibi that they invested in to you and hence need compensation.

The thing is I’m the HR so I have seen other employees cases and in most cases the company has won, so I think one should look at my agreement, that will be better to understand

Well bro you better get as much as mud you can find on the company before leaving
Or better get in touch with a lawyer if you play your cards well
Company might end up paying you
