Any legal documents required to transfer post paid sim from my deceased father to my name?

I want to transfer the post paid sim to my name since my father is no more. Any leads ? I can contact the customer care but want to know if anyone has any first hand experience on this.

Not sure about post paid, but sometime ago i transferred a sim to my name, just with my documents. No documents of previous owner was asked.

Simply Port it out by giving your docs. They will not verify anything and it will be done.
