  Yes, if you have it under your name or after tsleing consent of all the legal heirs.

    Everything is under my dad’s name which came to him by his dad, but idk for what reason people say it can’t be re- registered
    So when buyer takes documents and goes to lawyers even they tell them it can’t be re registered
