Law won’t let them go coz they r parents. … I don’t really know for sure . -

January 17, 2025 at 9:17 amNot exactly hitting but physical, sexual or mental abuseโฆ yes. The juvenile justice act provides for it. A simple complaint against the parents and if found guilty they are sent to jail and the child is sent to protective custody or mid homes after which they are put up for adoption.This is a very serious step and should not be taken lightly.
