there is not. this is a fucked up country with fucked up people who makes fucked up laws.

Umm i think something like for abuse there’s law … Abuse is abuse bhai
Law won’t let them go coz they r parents. … I don’t really know for sure .

Not exactly hitting but physical, sexual or mental abuse… yes. The juvenile justice act provides for it. A simple complaint against the parents and if found guilty they are sent to jail and the child is sent to protective custody or mid homes after which they are put up for adoption.

This is a very serious step and should not be taken lightly.

What r u going to do after filing case (hypothetical scenario). Do u think ur parents will look after u like before and what if they throw u out of house.
