I often see people giving health advice in YouTube videos and telling to consume all sorts of juices to “cure” ailments and claim that after drinking the said juice, they will never need to consume tablets for things like BP, Diabetes or Thyroid. Is it ok to say such things and have no consequence

Are politicians held responsible for their mistake?

Mate, did you remember Lala Ramdev was sitting next to Union Health minister and claiming Coronil will cure Covid. Was there any action either on Minister or Ramdev. If Health minister is acting like an idiot without consequences how are you expecting a YouTuber to take ownership?

I am not saying will they be held responsible if the “cure” doesn’t work. What I am saying is , if somebody drinks the juice and if they fall seriously ill or god forbid pass away, will they still not be responsible even in slightest?

There was a case somewhere, a youtubers showed how to make popcorn using soda can and a diya. It was shown as a 5 min craft on a kids channel. A child did that and was burnt badly. The youtuber was held responsible and had to pay compensation to family and take down the video.
