USo my Mom has an elder brother who’s been married to X. X always had a problem with our whole family and wanted to live with her parents. Although my uncle (Mom’s brother) lives with them is their separate house, Aunt always has problems with my uncle’s Mother and sister(My mom).
She recently started threatening my uncle that she will file a dowry case on her husband and his sister(my mom), If he doesn’t buy her jewelry and thinks my uncle doesn’t buy her stuff because of my mother.
1. Please let me know ways to gather evidence that I can use/defend fake cases if it comes in future. I could ask my uncle to record her Abusing my mom, because she does that everytime they have a fight and accuse my mother for all their fights. 2. Also, What defenses can my uncle use for himself?
[Disclaimer: I know most people would think if my mom had something to do, Believe me – pure jealosy!!]

Ui would record her both video and voice. I would talk to members of the society and have a meeting. they would sign a document from her stating she has been threatening and if she were to do something It wouldn’t be the families fault. stamped and signed, notary. if not go to your local police station with higher approach (political, MC) and have it in writing. Dowry threats are serious and turn into reality and so does jail time.

URecord video as audio recording is said to be useless.
There are dashcam apps on Playstore that record videos nonstop even with the screen off and the app minimized.
Buy a charging stand such that it will cover as much of the room as possible.
**Just remember to save that particular video asap without your mami noticing.**
These apps record videos in batches of 5, 10 or any custom value in minutes. And once the storage is full, the earliest video is overridden and so on..-
