Joined a new organisation last month. failed a background verification. they found a case registered under my current address. but i am tenant and not the owner of the building. HR wants me submit an affidavit. Any lawyers in Bengaluru who can help me with this?

Go to court, there’ll be many lawyers sitting outside who can make one for you.
