KHey everyone,
I recently purchased my gaming pc from a shop in nehru place. In shop i made payment via debit card, only 1 transaction of 50k was successfull, i attempted multiple times. So made the rest of the payment via upi, checked the balance in net banking it was showing no transaction, reported this to my bank relationship manager, however after checking after 2 days, bank made 2 payments of 50k to the merchant. Now clarified with bank and indeed 2 payments were made, however merchant is not returning the 50k back, he is saying he will give today each day but the amount is not there in my account. What are my options here ? Does it comes under fraud from merchant or do i have to go via consumer court forum, which might be a lengthy process. Fraud case might get resolve faster since i have clear proof of transaction. Also the bank is hsbc, shit bank tbh, dont know why it made transaction 2 times. -
UDo you have the failed or canceled transaction slips from the machine?

Visit bank and register complaint and request freeze

KThanks, bank representative are reluctant to accept the mistake from their side, they are putting all of the torture of getting the money on me when its their mistake clearly since they processed it twice, its been a mental torture going back and forth for losing money which is not even my mistake

BIn the end if nothing works, go and buy few Gpu worth of 50k. later you can sell it. Tell owner, you will pay back gpu once he pays money
