        Idk why but BoB has suddenly blocked my account for no real reason ! I have not performed any illegal or scammy transactions!!

        I don’t know what to do. I tried contacting BoB customer care but they are worth nothing more than shit! Plus there is no branch of that bank in my hometown unfortunately. Now please guide me what should I do? I need to make some urgent payments, but all my money is in BoB only…

          On the app ? It’s showing same. My savings account is not available it’s showing. I don’t think they froze it. It’s some server issue. Raise a complaint or make the effort of going to a branch. I’d do the same on Monday. FDs are still showing tho. The proper amount as well.

              Yeah, I am able to receive money from anybody, but am not able to transfer money from my BoB account…

                            Yeah so they freezed the accounts of all who haven’t provided a KYC for the last year or two. You have to reach out to the branch and get a firm and submit KYC

                                Yeah, I also contacted them today, they said that I must have to visit the branch to fill all my details and submit the form, and then my account should work perfectly. But they also mentioned, that it is only my UPI which is blocked, that means, I can still do the transactions normally using IMPS or direct bank transfers! So I used that instead cause I too lazy to visit my home branch, so I just transferred all my money from BoB to Jio Payments bank (for now), and now I will continue using it…

                                So basically, bye bye BoB ๐Ÿ˜‚

                                        yeah, I have more than sufficient number of bank accounts. I have an account in IndusInd, an account in North East Small Finance Bank, an account in Canara Bank, an account in Jio payments bank. Thats it…

                            Write an email to their customer care regarding the issue and ask them to provide the exact reason for freezing the account and the steps to be taken for unfreezing.
                            Also, ask a friend/family member living somewhere close to a BOB branch to visit the branch and ask for the reason for freeze .

                                I did contact them via their customer care no., but they said that my account is totally okay, means there is no blockage/freeze on my account, they further stated that it might be my aggregators’ side error (by GPay or Amazon Pay) while I believe it is not an error from their side…

                                    Bhai there’s a difference between calling the customer care and writing an e-mail.
                                    E-mail creates accountability and liability on their part, and the information shared by them over e-mail can be used for filing a strong complaint in future, if needed.

                                          My BOB Current Over Draft Account is Debit Frozen from last 8 days, I have submitted the KYC documents, and still the status is Debit Froze. What should I do ?

                                              What I did was, I just changed my bank!! Cause the only way to solve this fucking issue is to visit the BoB branch, and I don’t really want to visit it at all…

                                              So i just started using another bank (Jio Payments bank & IndusInd) accounts…
