Karnataka man spends 1.5 years in jail for wife’s ‘murder’, she walks into court alive.

A day after a ‘murdered’ woman surfaced in court, a Mysuru court Thursday came down heavily on police officers over botched investigations and ordered Mysuru SP to conduct probe afresh and submit a report on April 17.

The accused person suffered due to erroneous investigations and was in judicial custody for one-and-a-half years, the judge said, adding he was “puzzled” by the disclosure that Mallige, the ‘murdered’ woman, is alive.

The beauty of Indian Police’ and Judiciary. When will all this change??
These people are so poor that they can’t even sue to state for damages.

What’s worse? The victim won’t get any compensation. Tragic state of affairs, this.

We simply need to double or triple the no of judges to dispose off the pendency of cases. Also some kind of fundamental overhaul to expedite the legal proceedings which easily span over decades.

Nah, just filling all the existing vacancies should be a huge boost. Around half the seats are empty at any given point of time.

                      Nope.

                      We need systemic overhaul.

You say an adult joke, you get a 6 star wanted level, and the Supreme Court gets involved.

You drive drunk and kill 2 innocent people, you just have you write an essay.

The latest is the guy who drove his lamborghini over workers in Noida. He literally walked out of jail the next day on bail.

The Indian InJustice system of ineptitude, kangaroo courts and ~~liars~~ lawyers also getting in on the action and beating up both parties depending on the state propaganda coupled with delusions and hallucinations….

Let’s all deny it and think positive thoughts…

These will not change. No judicial will ever be punished for a wrong verdict
